Our quotes are built in simple layers so you can completely customize your service:
Your Home Size: We start with a baseline rate determined by your bedroom and bathroom count.
The Service Level: You choose the type of clean your home needs, whether that’s a routine touch-up, a deep reset, or a total move-out turnover.
Optional Extras: You can add specific tasks like cleaning inside your oven, fridge, or interior windows.
Our flat rates assume your home is in average, everyday condition. If our team arrives and finds significant buildup or severe neglect that requires extra time and heavy-duty care, we will always reach out to you first to discuss an adjustment before doing any additional work. You are always in the loop!

Our Flat-Rate Cleaning Packages
We love giving our clients complete peace of mind, which is why our cleaning packages feature simple, upfront flat rates based entirely on your home's layout. This means you’ll always know your exact total before our team even knocks on your door. Our standard checklists are designed to cover absolutely everything required to keep a typical home in beautiful, sparkling shape.
Because our flat rates assume average home sizes and baseline cleanliness, there are just a couple of rare exceptions where our team might need to make an adjustment on-site:
Square Footage Overage: Each room layout has a built-in square footage cap. If your home happens to be significantly larger than the standard layout footprint, a small overage adjustment will apply.
Extreme Conditions: If our team walks into a home experiencing severe neglect, post-renovation conditions, or significant heavy buildup, we may need to transition the service to our Heavy-Duty package.
Don't worry, though—we hate surprises just as much as you do! If the team ever feels an adjustment is necessary, we will always reach out to you directly to chat about it before we start any work, keeping you completely in the loop.
Our Flat Rate Cleaning Packages Broken Down
Knowing which package to select is important to ensure accurate pricing if you prefer flat rates.
Read below to help you determine which service your home requires.
Standard Cleaning: Our standard cleaning is intended for regular maintenance to keep your home clean and healthy. It assumes a certain level of existing cleanliness and includes all items on our standard cleaning checklist. Select this service if your home is regularly cleaned and needs only the basics.
Deep Cleaning: This service allows extra time for cleaners to pay more attention to neglected areas like tubs and showers and adds extra checklist items, including baseboards, light switches, door frames, and the outside of cabinets. Select this service if this is your first professional cleaning in the past 3 months or if your home needs a little more care.
Move Out Cleaning: Designed for people who don’t have the time to clean during a hectic move, this service includes a deep cleaning in addition to cleaning the insides of the fridge, oven, and cabinets. Select this service only if you are moving out of your home and it will be completely empty.
Heavy-Duty Cleaning: : This service is for homes that need more than just a deep clean. Reasons for this could include excessive animal fur, excessive clutter, or post-construction cleaning. If you are unsure, we may advise you to select this service

Inside Oven: Deep degrease and scrub of the full oven interior
Inside Refrigerator: Full interior wipe-down and shelf clean
Inside Cabinets (empty): All empty cabinet interiors wiped down — confirm cabinets will be cleared before arrival
Interior Windows & Blinds: Wipe interior glass, clean sills, dust blinds — sized by home
Garage or Patio Sweep: Sweeping and tidying of garage floor or patio surface
Pet Hair Treatment: Extra time and technique for hair and dander extraction — 1 pet or 2+ pets
