Booking & Pricing

How do I book a cleaning?

The easiest way is through our online booking form. Select your home size, service type, and any add-ons — your flat-rate price populates automatically. Pick a date and time, enter your details, and you are confirmed. The whole thing takes about 60 seconds.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your home size (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the type of clean you select. Everything is a flat rate — you see your exact price before you confirm. No hourly guesses, no vague estimates.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients are out during their appointment. As long as we have access to the home, your cleaner will take care of everything.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a week out. Same-week availability does open up — check the booking form for current slots.

Is there a first-time discount?

Yes. Every new client receives $20 off their first cleaning. Use code: CCCFirstClean — applied at checkout.

Can I add extras to my booking?

Absolutely. Add inside the oven, fridge, empty cabinets, interior windows and blinds, garage or patio sweep, and pet hair treatment directly in the booking form. Each add-on has a flat price that updates your total in real time.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust the cleaners who come to my home?

Yes. Every cleaner goes through an in-person interview, full nationwide background check, and reference verification before their first appointment. Only a small percentage of applicants make the team.

Do your cleaners go through background checks?

Yes, every single one. A full nationwide background check is the final step before anyone joins The Cleaning Collective CLT. It is non-negotiable.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. Our team is fully insured. In the rare event something goes wrong during a cleaning, you are protected.

What if something goes wrong?

Reach out to us right away — by the next business day at the latest. We will investigate and make it right. That is not a policy, it is a promise.

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?

We work hard to provide consistency. While we cannot always guarantee the exact same cleaner, your account notes travel with every visit so any cleaner knows your preferences and special instructions.

Services & Scheduling

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard clean covers all the essentials: floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped; bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized; kitchen surfaces wiped down; dusting throughout; trash emptied. Full clean — not a light pass.

What is the difference between a standard and deep cleaning?

Standard handles visible surfaces and routine upkeep. Deep goes further — baseboards, grout, behind appliances, cabinet exteriors, door frames, light switches, window sills. For first-time clients, we recommend starting with a deep clean.

What is included in a move-out clean?

Everything in a deep clean, plus inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, and all empty interior cabinets. Designed for tenants, landlords, and property turnovers.

Do you offer recurring service?

Yes. Set a weekly, bi-weekly, every-three-weeks, or monthly schedule. Recurring discounts begin on your second visit. Pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime with 24 hours notice.

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Yes. All service types apply to apartments and condos. Select your bedroom and bathroom count in the booking form and your price reflects your space.

Pets & Supplies

Do you charge extra for pets?

Yes — a small pet fee covers the additional time and technique for hair and dander extraction. Flat add-on based on one pet or multiple. Select it in the booking form.

Is my home too dirty for a cleaning service?

No. If your home is in rough shape, be upfront at booking. For significant buildup or post-renovation conditions, our Heavy-Duty Cleaning is the right service. Scope confirmed on-site before work begins.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — your cleaners arrive fully equipped. If you prefer a specific product, leave a note at booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer eco-friendly products?

Yes. Flag it at booking and we plan accordingly. Popular with clients who have young children or sensitive pets.

Do you clean exterior windows?

No. The Interior Windows and Blinds add-on covers inside glass, sills, and blinds only. Exterior window cleaning is not currently offered.

Cancellations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice — no charge. Less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Our cleaners plan their full day around each appointment.

What if I am not satisfied?

Let us know by the next business day. We will return and address whatever did not meet your expectations at no additional charge. We stand behind every clean.

Are there any contracts?

None. Ever. Book once or set a recurring schedule — adjust, pause, or cancel anytime with 24 hours notice. No commitments, no penalties.
